TradeCheck Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of TradeCheck (the "Service"). Capitalised terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

1. You must not

1.1 Break laws or harm others

• Use the Service for unlawful activity.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Upload content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or harmful.

1.2 Compromise security or integrity

• Attempt to bypass authentication or access data you are not authorised to access.
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Introduce malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.

1.3 Abuse the Service

• Use scraping, harvesting, or excessive automated traffic that degrades the Service.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

1.4 Upload unnecessary sensitive information

• Do not upload sensitive information unless strictly required for your work and you have a lawful basis.
• Avoid uploading third-party personal information unless necessary for the inspection or compliance record.

2. Identifying photos

If you upload photos identifying individuals, you must ensure you have authority to collect and use those images, including any required notice or consent.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend access, remove content, or restrict features where reasonably necessary to:

• protect the Service or other users,
• comply with law, or
• prevent harm.
